Van Drivers x2
About the role:
We are looking for x2 (van) Driver's to support the delivery team with daily tasks.
This role will involve substantial manual labour, Lifting (generally but not limited helping the loading/unloading the vehicles). Therefore someone who is physically fit and not afraid of getting their hands dirty will be required.
Role and Responsibilities:
- The designated driver will assist and support the delivery team with their day-to-day tasks. Primarily collecting and delivering materials to and from construction sites using company vans.
- Support labourer staff during loading and unloading materials at both the warehouse and at different construction sites.
- Opportunity for general van driving.
- Preparing and maintaining working areas and/or equipment when needed.
- Collection of rubbish on construction sites.
- Conscious of health and safety on site and their obligations to others who are working alongside them as well as clients and the public.
What we are looking for:
- Must have a valid UK drivers license
- Ideally previous working experience in a similar role
- Strong work ethic and excellent team working skills.
- Passion for delivering great customer service.
- Ability to do physical labour tasks.
- Ability to work in all weather.
Job Types:
Full time, Permanent
Working (Shift) pattern: 7:00am – 15:00pm and 9:00am – 17:00pm Monday to Friday + occasional Saturday’s
