Working with Waltham Forest, IZ Energy carried out retrofit works under the LAD scheme to boost energy efficiency and reduce household energy costs. IZ Energy managed the full retrofit process across multiple properties, delivering a streamlined, cost-effective solution on time and within budget.

IZ Energy provided a full turnkey service, managing all aspects from customer outreach to operational delivery, compliance, and quality assurance to ensure successful project completion.

Challenge: Comprehensive Customer Journey Management
Facilitate a comprehensive customer journey, managing eligibility, compliance, and funding checks throughout.
Solution: Sales and Customer Engagement​
Leads were proactively generated and residents engaged throughout the process. Assessments, compliance checks, and approvals were completed promptly. All activity was carefully managed within the CRM system.
Solution: Operations Management
Surveys and installations were set up. A site manager was appointed to coordinate on-site works and support customers through the process. Material orders were managed efficiently, with regular site checks carried out to maintain high standards of work.
Solution: Compliance and Quality Assurance​
A retrofit coordinator was assigned to keep customers informed throughout. Close collaboration with health & safety ensured all PAS and scheme standards were met. Detailed documentation was maintained at every stage to guarantee quality and compliance.

Project Outcome:

The project was delivered within budget, with strong coordination across sales, operations, and compliance ensuring timely and cost-effective execution. Residents benefited from a seamless journey from initial enquiry to final handover. Throughout, strict compliance with PAS standards and health & safety regulations was maintained, supported by detailed documentation. The project enhanced energy efficiency and established a scalable model for future LAD-funded retrofit programmes.
